APPOINTMENT, SERVICES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
The Blonde and the Brunette Hair Studio understands that things come up. That's why we offer a generous appointment and cancellation policy. By presenting our expectations, we can build a trusting and long-term relationship with our clients. Please read our policy below before scheduling hair salon services. ​
SERVICES
Here at the Blonde and Brunette Hair Studio we strive to provide the best customer service possible to our amazing clients.
We ask any client that feels they need adjustments to any service please contact us as soon as possible, At most, one week after your service to allow us to improve any issues you may have with your hair. If there is more than a week between the time of service and time of issue, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may have been caused in that time due to conflict such as regrowth, at home products, care, styling etc.
We also ask that you give us the first opportunity to solve any issues. Seeking outside salons or stylists for adjustments to your service may interfere with any adjustments we would be able to offer you if any at all.
APPOINTMENTS
We require a credit card to guarantee appointment dates and times. The credit card (unless otherwise specified by The Blonde and the Brunette Hair Studio or your stylist) will only be charged if your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours (two days) before your appointment at a rate of $60.00 an hour. Should you choose to book another appointment, you will be required to leave a 50% deposit of the service you booked to hold that appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Please call to cancel any appointments you cannot make with at least 48 hours' notice. Any last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of $60.00 per hour, which will be charged to your credit card on file. To book another appointment, you will have to leave a 50% deposit for us to hold a time slot. This is a non-refundable deposit if you do not call within the 48-hour time frame or are a no-show.
TEXT MESSAGE Terms of Service
At the time you make a appointment at the Blonde and Brunette Hair Studio you will have the option to verbally opt-in to our appointment reminder text messaging service. You will only get text messages related to your appointment. This service is not used for any other solicitation. If you every want to opt-out of this service you can call us and we will remove you from this option. You will also have the option to reply STOP to any reminder text to opt-out of the service.
